- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business as required
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients
- Assist with administrative tasks related to account management as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active insurance licenses and designations (as required by the role)
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Preferred years of experience in a similar role
- Flexibility to work in a remote, hybrid, or in-office setting (equipment provided for remote roles)
