Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed
- Provide strong customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to offer knowledgeable guidance to clients
- Assist with administrative tasks related to account management as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Proficiency with agency management software and standard insurance industry tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
