Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a book of small commercial lines accounts, including generalist and contractor accounts up to $100,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal training. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Earning Potential: $60,000 - $80,000 (including commissions and bonuses)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of small commercial lines accounts, including generalist and contractor accounts up to $100,000.
- Handle policy changes, address client inquiries, and assist with claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current clients.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Limited sales responsibilities (7% commission on first-year sales, no renewals).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Erie Insurance is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IMS Zanatek and Agency Zoom CRM software is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Must be a self-starter capable of hitting the ground running with minimal training.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
