Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in personal lines insurance to contribute to the success of a well-established agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a book of business effectively. This is not a sales-focused position, but any sales contributions will be appreciated.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Earning Potential: $60,000 - $80,000 (including bonuses and commissions)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients by managing a book of business.
- Handle policy changes, address client inquiries, and assist with claims.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Utilize IMS Zanatek and Agency Zoom CRM software for efficient account management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance, with a strong preference for candidates with Erie Insurance experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in IMS Zanatek and Agency Zoom CRM software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: On-site position (Mount Airy, MD). Hybrid work may be considered for exceptional candidates, though on-site work is strongly preferred.
