Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a growing team. The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to middle market, and will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
- Annual Bonus: Competitive bonus awarded in April.
- 401(k): 50% match up to 6%.

Responsibilities
- Provide general servicing for a variety of accounts, including contractors and manufacturers.
- Manage accounts ranging from $40,000 to $1 million, with a focus on middle-market accounts ($100,000 - $400,000).
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Complete Accord applications, marketing, and online rating.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including dedicated certifications and claims teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in an independent agency servicing role is essential.
- Familiarity with Auto-Owners and Selective is a plus.
- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from seasoned professionals to motivated newcomers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Relevant educational background is preferred but not required.
