About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced SENIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing and client service process for a defined book of business within our Property & Casualty (P&C) division. This role oversees a team and ensures exceptional service delivery and strategic support to our clients and producers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specialized book of business and lead a team responsible for servicing client accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, directing needs to appropriate team members and ensuring timely responses.

  • Lead or support client and prospect meetings, including renewal presentations and stewardship reviews.

  • Review and submit complete renewal marketing submissions, including loss data, contracts, and supporting documentation.

  • Analyze insurance carrier quotes for accuracy and prepare client proposals.

  • Collaborate with producers to recommend insurance carriers, products, and pricing strategies.

  • Oversee the binding and implementation of sold business with carriers.

  • Review policy documents for accuracy and compliance.

  • Evaluate and interpret insurance requirements in contracts.

  • Analyze financials and claims data to inform strategy and service.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, performance, and client satisfaction.

  • Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and industry standards.

  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).

  • Minimum of 7 years in a marketing or service role within P&C insurance.

  • Valid state insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects and tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.

  • Willingness to travel overnight when required.
