Responsibilities
- Work with 3 producers to service accounts and conduct smaller open enrollment presentations
- Quote new and renewal business
- Utilize BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software
- Manage small to mid-size group accounts
- Collaborate with the production staff to ensure efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- L&H licensure required
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
- Familiarity with BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software
