Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients by managing all aspects of personal lines accounts.
- Handle daily servicing tasks, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance.
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs.
- Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
- Open to candidates seeking their start in the insurance industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
