Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse book of business, ranging from small to large accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in commercial insurance, a strong understanding of P&C licensure, and a proactive approach to account management. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000+ (commensurate with experience)
- 401(k)
- Remote Work: Hybrid model (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, handling accounts of varying sizes and complexities.
- Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management; more experience is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
