Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Team Lead & Client Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a small book of business while leading a team of 8-10 Account Managers and Account Executives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This is a fully onsite position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and resource-rich environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small book of business, focusing on accounts generating over $5,000 in revenue.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 Account Managers and Account Executives located in Raleigh and Pittsburgh.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers high-quality service to clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture aligned with the company’s values.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a high-level Account Executive role with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Work Environment: Fully onsite position; candidates must be able to work in the office daily.
