Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients within your designated territory.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and production goals.
- Collaborate with local offices and recruiters to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on production numbers for 2026 YTD, 2025, and 2024.
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Ability to work independently with minimal training and supervision.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- No "hoppy" resumes; candidates must demonstrate stability and commitment in their career history.
