Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients within your designated territory.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and production goals.
• Collaborate with local offices and recruiters to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on commercial lines, employee benefits, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a producer role; no "hoppy" resumes will be considered.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
