Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience.
• Attractive commission splits, competitive with industry standards (e.g., 40/30 or better).
• Opportunity to work with a $5MM budget, reflecting our commitment to investing in top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio within your designated territory.
• Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with local offices and recruiters to align strategies and achieve regional goals.
• Deliver consistent production numbers and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven track record as a successful sales producer in your respective field.
• Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Strong production numbers for 2026 YTD, 2025, and 2024 must be outlined with each submission.
• No "hoppy" resumes; candidates must demonstrate stability and commitment in their career history.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training and hit the ground running.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo a rigorous interview process to demonstrate expertise and fit.
