Workers Compensation Binding Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers Compensation Binding Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in workers compensation insurance, an established book of business, and strong agency-side connections. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business, marketing submissions, and binding policies.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 for candidates requiring training; $110,000 - $140,000 for established professionals with significant experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities in the workers compensation insurance market.
• Market submissions to a network of 25+ markets across the U.S., specializing in niche products such as Auto Dealer, Golf/Country Clubs, and hard-to-place risks in construction.
• Bind policies and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Collaborate with an internal support team based on the West Coast to handle administrative and support tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in workers compensation insurance, with a preference for candidates with an established book of business and agency-side connections.
• Skills:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Driven and self-motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant insurance software and tools.
