Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will manage smaller-scale accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support for a valued clients. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
- Bonus Structure: $30 bonus per policy, with an average of 30 policies per month (approximately $900/month in bonuses)

- Work Schedule: Onsite five days a week, with one day of flexibility for remote work
Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements using Ezlynks and AMS360 software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and communication
- Collaborate with team members to share ideas and improve processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide the best service possible
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred; experience with commercial lines is a plus
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Ezlynks and AMS360 is highly desirable
