Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will manage smaller-scale accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support for a valued clients. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Bonus Structure: $30 bonus per policy, with an average of 30 policies per month (approximately $900/month in bonuses)
  • Benefits:
    • Health insurance - Memberships to Costco and Sam’s Club
    • Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage
    • Three weeks of paid time off (excluding sick days and holidays)
  • Work Schedule: Onsite five days a week, with one day of flexibility for remote work

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements using Ezlynks and AMS360 software
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and communication
  • Collaborate with team members to share ideas and improve processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide the best service possible

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred; experience with commercial lines is a plus
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Ezlynks and AMS360 is highly desirable
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
