Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance agency with a strong reputation for client service and industry expertise. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually + quarterly bonus opportunities & new business commissions

- Hybrid or remote options available for candidates in the Phoenix area
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business from A-Z, focusing on accounts under $15,000 in premium
- Service and retain existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Quote new and renewal business as needed
- Collaborate with team members and leverage carrier resources to provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 5-10+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
- Soft Skills: Hardworking, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Location: Candidates must be based in the Phoenix area; hybrid or remote work arrangements are negotiable
