We are seeking a highly skilled Colorado Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our client's team. This role involves handling workers compensation claims efficiently and in compliance with Colorado state regulations.
Compensation
- $75,000 to $90,000 Annual base salary (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage workers compensation claims from initial report to final resolution.
- Investigate claims by interviewing claimants, employers, and medical professionals, and gathering relevant documentation.
- Determine compensability and establish appropriate reserves based on case facts and state regulations.
- Review medical records and treatment plans to assess claim validity and return-to-work readiness.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling workers compensation claims in Colorado.
- Strong knowledge of Colorado workers compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
