Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (DOE). Candidates with exceptional experience may be considered up to $100,000.
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical coverage (100% employer-paid).
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model with up to 2 remote workdays per week.
- Travel: No travel required.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, including groups ranging from 150 to 500 lives, with some smaller and larger accounts.
- Provide expert guidance on employee benefits, including all lines of coverage and self-funded accounts.
- Assist clients during enrollment periods by explaining benefits and addressing inquiries.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support producers in quoting and servicing renewal business.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of agency benefits account management experience.
- Licensure in Life & Health (L&H) is required.
- Strong knowledge of self-funded accounts and generalist experience across all lines of coverage and industries.
- Experience with compliance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Candidates with TPA or MGA experience and extensive self-funded expertise will also be considered. However, experience with captive or carrier accounts is not applicable.
