Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary between $55,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Small Commercial / Select Business Unit.
- Manage vendor certificates and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines CSR or assistant, with a strong understanding of vendor certificates.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent communication and client service skills, with a responsive and professional demeanor.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
