Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is fully remote, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and expertise in vendor certificates. Compensation Package

  • Salary between $55,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Small Commercial / Select Business Unit.
  • Manage vendor certificates and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Lines CSR or assistant, with a strong understanding of vendor certificates.
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills, with a responsive and professional demeanor.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
