Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in commercial lines insurance. The successful candidate will focus on middle-market accounts, with opportunities to work on larger accounts as they progress. This is a remote position.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary + Commission (uncapped commission on all billed business)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts, with some opportunities to work on larger accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in nonprofit, worship, and education sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial lines market.
  • Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines sales.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Experience working with middle-market accounts; familiarity with nonprofit, worship, and education sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 software.
  • Strong sales acumen and a driven personality with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to previous roles (no frequent job changes).
