Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in commercial lines insurance. The successful candidate will focus on middle-market accounts, with opportunities to work on larger accounts as they progress. This is a remote position.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary + Commission (uncapped commission on all billed business)

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts, with some opportunities to work on larger accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in nonprofit, worship, and education sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial lines market.
- Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines sales.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Experience working with middle-market accounts; familiarity with nonprofit, worship, and education sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software.
- Strong sales acumen and a driven personality with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to previous roles (no frequent job changes).
