Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, with a focus on managing standard and high-net-worth accounts. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of managing a significant book of business. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with two days in-office and three days remote.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (target range: $70,000 - $75,000)
- 401(k): Yes

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of approximately 400-500 clients, with 900-1,000 policies and a total revenue of $250,000 (equivalent to $2M-$2.5M in premiums).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the best possible service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software (experience with Epic is also acceptable).
- Work Schedule: Hybrid role with two days in-office and three days remote. The office is located in Santa Barbara, with occasional travel to Irvine.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A client-focused mindset and attention to detail are essential.
