About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is focused on managing commercial insurance accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse commercial lines book of business while ensuring high service standards and retention
- Handle all aspects of renewals (100% renewal-focused role)
- Work closely with a dedicated team, including marketing specialists, claims representatives, and support staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Utilize AMS360 software to process policy changes, quotes, and documentation
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Proficiency in AMS360 is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
