Commercial Lines Client Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Client Representative to join a collaborative and professional team. This position focuses on servicing middle-market commercial accounts and works closely with account management and client leadership partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day servicing responsibilities efficiently.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Review and manage insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update client information in the EPIC system.
- Process endorsements, certificates, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with the Client Manager and Client Executive to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines experience in an agency setting, with a focus on back-end servicing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mid-market accounts and generalist insurance practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
