Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines insurance clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Process insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage based on their unique needs.
  • Handle client inquiries, claims assistance, and issue resolution with professionalism and empathy.
  • Review policies for accuracy and ensure all documentation aligns with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Proactively cross-sell and up-sell additional coverages or services to enhance client protection.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Work with confidential client information while adhering to all privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the personal lines insurance industry.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex policies in a straightforward manner.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; a natural problem-solver who places client needs first.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $75K-$125K+ (depending on experience).
