Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the account management team with day-to-day duties, providing exceptional service to commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with the account management team to address client inquiries and resolve customer service issues
- Prepare and process policy documentation, endorsements, and other necessary paperwork for clients
- Assist in policy renewals and new business submissions, ensuring all underwriting requirements are met
- Provide administrative support to the account management team, including data entry and file maintenance
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant insurance industry experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to building strong client relationships
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and processes
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
