Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on insurance products and coverage options.
- Evaluate client's current insurance policies and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments or additional products as needed.
- Coordinate with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements to effectively advise clients and maintain best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role within the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations, coverage options, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
