Overview
We are seeking an Equine Insurance Service Specialist (CSR) This is an exciting opportunity to work in the equine insurance industry and be part of a company that offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Assist account managers and educate clients on insurance policies
- Respond to client inquiries and research their questions
- Gather information for quoting and policy issuance
- Document policy details and assemble policy materials
- Interact with carrier portals and agency management software
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and strong communication skills
Day-to-day
The role involves quoting new/renewal business, focusing on new quoting and some renewals, with the service specialist handling most renewals. Smaller account renewals are also part of the daily responsibilities. The software used includes EPIC, with a focus on fully utilizing all its features.
Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 (DOE)
- Incentives: Bonus structure, profit sharing, and new business referral bonuses
