Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts. They will ensure that clients receive top-notch service and that their insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, including handling policy renewals, endorsements, and audits
- Review and assess clients' insurance needs, provide advice, and recommend coverage solutions
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate coverage terms
- Assist clients in filing and managing insurance claims
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall client experience
- Act as a point of contact for underwriters and other insurance professionals
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry
- In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
