Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled GL Claims Adjuster. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling hospitality accounts and restaurants, with a focus on premise liability claims such as slip and falls, as well as Dram Shop and Assault & Battery claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 130 claims with litigation
• Handle fast food franchise, Dram shop claims, slip and falls
• Process majority of claims related to premise liability
• Potentially manage Dram Shop and Assault & Battery claims
• Preferably possess a TPA background

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of claims adjusting experience
• Required licensure in multiple states
• Preferred licensure in FL, TX, NY (One or all)

Day-to-day

The day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a caseload of claims, conducting thorough investigations, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate claims processing.
