Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and markets. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, while providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance on risk management and insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate and secure the most favorable terms and conditions for clients
- Analyze client insurance needs and provide customized risk management solutions
- Maintain accurate client records, including policy details, endorsements, and claims information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to proactively address client needs
- Provide support to the sales team in new business acquisition and retention efforts
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
