Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist to join our team. The primary responsibilities include operating a multi-position telephone switchboard and warmly greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate departments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a multi-position telephone switchboard, handling all non-DID incoming calls.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments after gathering necessary information.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to professional conduct.

 

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour
