Job Title: Personal Lines Renewal Specialist
Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Renewal Specialist will manage the renewal process for all personal lines accounts, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service throughout the renewal cycle. This role involves quoting renewal business, addressing billing issues, and assisting clients with policy changes. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage personal lines policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Quote renewal business for existing clients, ensuring competitive rates and coverage options.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to enhance client coverage.
- Address and resolve any billing issues related to personal lines accounts.
- Handle policy changes and issue ID cards as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet departmental goals.
- Utilize agency management software and other technology tools to manage accounts efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required.
- 1+ year of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in an independent agency setting.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with industry-specific software.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload while remaining organized.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
