Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist to join our team. The primary responsibilities include operating a multi-position telephone switchboard and warmly greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-position telephone switchboard, handling all non-DID incoming calls.
- Direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments after gathering necessary information.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to professional conduct.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour
