Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for high net worth clients
- Collaborate with insurance agents to review client needs and provide tailored coverage options
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and assistance
- Ensure that all client documentation and information is accurate and up-to-date
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with the most relevant information
- Provide guidance and assistance during the claims process, ensuring efficient and satisfactory resolution for clients
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate policy terms and coverage options
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the personal lines insurance with a focus on high net worth
- In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage options
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse clientele
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
- A valid insurance license and relevant certifications may be required
Day-to-day
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized coverage options
- Liaise with insurance agents and underwriters to negotiate policy terms and coverage options
- Update client files and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies to best serve clients
