Job Description
The General Liability Claims Adjuster will be responsible for managing and resolving a caseload of general liability claims from inception to closure. This role requires in-depth knowledge of general liability claims, investigation techniques, and legal compliance. The adjuster will work closely with claimants, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure that claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with policy terms and company guidelines.

- $65K - $100K (based on experience)
Job Description
- Investigate, evaluate, and manage assigned general liability claims.
- Determine liability, compensability, and damages; negotiate settlements within authority limits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files, including detailed documentation of all activities, evaluations, and communications.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing claim status, recommendations, and action plans.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, policyholders, legal professionals, and other involved parties.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience handling general liability claims.
- Experience in a similar role within an insurance company, TPA, or related industry
- Litigation experience required
