Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager | Winter Park/Orlando, FL
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. As a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of commercial business, ranging from small to large accounts
- Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Review and interpret policy coverage to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with Producers to support new business growth and retention efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and regulations to better serve clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management system
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
- Active 2-20 insurance license preferred
