Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager | Winter Park/Orlando, FL

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. As a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of commercial business, ranging from small to large accounts
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
  • Review and interpret policy coverage to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with Producers to support new business growth and retention efforts
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and regulations to better serve clients

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
  • Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management system
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
  • Active 2-20 insurance license preferred
