Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive new business opportunities.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and other opportunities to build your professional network.
- Gather detailed client information and collaborate with account managers to ensure accurate quoting and policy preparation.
- Present insurance solutions to clients, educating them on policy details, coverage options, and potential risks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and carrier-specific guidelines to provide expert advice to clients.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling commercial insurance.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and the ability to educate clients on coverage details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, and Excel, with strong typing and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable attending events outside of standard work hours.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with account managers and other team members.
- Evidence of past production success is required to demonstrate your ability to deliver results.
