Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

   • Identify and target new commercial accounts (small to large businesses, non-profits, government agencies, etc.). Heavy Real Estate 
   • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and industry professionals.
   • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.

2. Sales and Marketing:

   • Promote and sell commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, liability, workers' compensation, and other business-related coverage.
   • Collaborate with underwriters to assess the risks and propose suitable coverage options to clients.
   • Prepare and deliver presentations and quotes tailored to each client's needs.

3. Client Management:

   • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
   • Conduct regular reviews of policies to ensure that clients' coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
   • Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims issues in a timely and professional manner.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management:

   • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and carriers.
   • Finalize insurance policies and contracts while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

5. Target Achievement:

   • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
   • Track progress toward goals and provide regular reports on performance.

6. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with internal teams, such as account managers, service teams, and claims departments, to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth operations.
   • Stay informed about industry developments, trends, and new products.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, business, or insurance.
