Personal Insurance Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Insurance Producer to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. This is a full-time, in-office position with a competitive compensation package and significant earning potential.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide a concierge-style, client-focused experience by meeting with clients in the office.
- Address client inquiries regarding claims, eligibility, coverage, and rates with clear and helpful communication.
- Confidently sell and write personal lines insurance policies, including home, auto, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, and small business owners' policies.
- Work primarily with referral leads while identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Assist clients with policy renewals and educate them on their coverage options.
- Collaborate with carriers and clients to determine the best coverage solutions on a case-by-case basis.
- Prepare and present policy and coverage options in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Oregon resident Property & Casualty (P&C) license (Life & Health license is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and insurance, with a strong understanding of P&C carriers and coverages.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain coverage details and implications to clients.
- A proactive, relationship-focused approach to client service.
