Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong background in commercial lines sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $60,000 (decreasing incrementally over 5 years to allow time to build a book of business)
  • Commission Structure: 60% on new business, 25% on renewals

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a book of business by generating new leads and managing existing client relationships.
  • Conduct 50 calls per day to set appointments and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Utilize a database of 8,000 leads, organized by renewal dates, to identify and target potential clients.
  • Handle incoming warm leads and proactively seek out new leads through cold-calling and networking.
  • Quote new and renewal business for a variety of commercial lines accounts, ranging from small businesses to larger organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines sales. Candidates with personal lines experience and strong sales aptitude will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build a successful book of business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
