Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Commission: Monthly structure based on production, ranging from 2% to 12% of revenue
- Top performers have earned over $40,000 annually in commission
- Average performers earn approximately $24,000 annually in commission

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to solicit prospects and generate new business.
- Manage a large pipeline of prospects and adhere to a structured sales process.
- Handle policy, system, and payment inquiries throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and leads generated via social media, email, and bar association events.
- Assist in marketing and branding efforts for the program and company.
- Perform light underwriting tasks tied to new business sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at professional services firms, including firm owners, partners, and practice managers.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience and outbound sales (preferred).
- Proven hunter mentality with comfort in high outbound call volumes.
- Experience managing a large prospect pool and following a defined sales process.
- Familiarity with professional services firms (lawyers and accountants) is a plus.
- Licensure:
- Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal policy/CRM systems.
- Ability to perform light underwriting within the sales process.
- Location:
- Must reside in Lisle, Illinois, or within a 35–45 minute commute.
