The Role:
Title: Commercial Lines Account Executive
Location: Raleigh, NC
Reports To: Director of Client Services
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic lead for middle-to-large market commercial clients

Manage ongoing insurance program execution, including renewals and service delivery

Maintain strong communication with clients and producers

Oversee coverage structure, marketing strategy (with internal support), and renewal cycles

Focus on relationships — not just transactions — with long-term retention goals
Book & Clients:

Industries include: Construction, Manufacturing, and Agriculture (plus standard commercial)

Book value ranges from $750K to $1.2M
-
Supported by an internal Account Manager, Claims Team, and Carrier Marketing

Mix of new and renewal business responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:

Active P&C license required
-
5+ years of commercial insurance experience required

Ideally 7–10 years and comfortable with large, complex accounts

Strong strategic thinking and client relationship management skills

Background with Applied Epic preferred
-
Industry designations (CIC, CRM, etc.) are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
