The Role:

Title: Employee Benefits Sales Executive
Location: Fully On-Site | Baltimore, MD
Reports To: Regional Director of Benefits
Start Date: August 2025
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing book of group benefits business

  • Leverage internal banking referrals to drive new sales

  • Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and service support

  • Focus on small to middle market group clients (targeting 50+ lives)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of employee benefits sales experience

  • Active Life & Health license

  • Experience with Applied Epic preferred (working toward Navigator license)

  • Proven success growing and retaining a book of group benefits business

  • High EQ, consultative sales skills, and strong communication

  • Background in larger firms preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • First-Year Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ (based on experience and sales history)

  • Incentive Structure: (negotiable)
