Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Liability/Premise Liability Claims Adjuster to join a growing team. This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates residing in Florida. The successful candidate will handle a variety of litigated and non-litigated Commercial General Liability Claims, with a focus on delivering empathetic and high-quality claims management. Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 150 claims, including 30%-40% litigated files.
  • Handle Commercial General Liability Claims, including slip-and-fall and premise liability cases, for a variety of accounts:
    • 70% Habitational (multi-family condos, apartments, homeowner associations)
    • 30% Commercial (hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, hospitality)
  • Oversee claims originating from multiple states, with a primary focus on Florida.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of claims.
  • Maintain a high standard of empathy and quality in claims handling, aligning with the company’s culture and values.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling complex premise liability claims.
  • Active Adjuster’s License in at least one state (Florida license preferred).
  • Proven litigation experience in claims management.
  • Background in Third-Party Administration (TPA) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle claims with empathy and prioritize quality over quantity.
  • Stable work history with a minimum of 4+ years at previous companies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
