Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a large, well-established brokerage firm that values professional growth and development. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive A-Z servicing for standard personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered
• Work Environment: In-office at any Spectrum location
• Travel Required: No

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts from start to finish (A-Z servicing).
• Handle both new and renewal business quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• A proactive and client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
