Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a large, well-established brokerage firm that values professional growth and development. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive A-Z servicing for standard personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered
- Work Environment: In-office at any Spectrum location
- Travel Required: No
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts from start to finish (A-Z servicing).
- Handle both new and renewal business quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
