Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bonds Specialist to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding a Construction and Bonds book of business while providing exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bond insurance, a proven track record in production, and a hunter mentality to drive new business opportunities. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work environment and the potential for remote work for the right candidate.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided (details available upon request)
• Work Environment: Hybrid or remote for highly qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Construction and Bonds book of business.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the bonds insurance sector.
• Assist clients in navigating bond insurance policies and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while pursuing new leads.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of production experience with expertise in bonds.
• Soft Skills:
  • Hunter mentality with a drive to win new business.
  • Teachable and open to learning new strategies and approaches.
  • Ambitious with a strong desire to excel in the role.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software tools (details to be discussed during the interview process).
