Job Summary

Looking for experienced and driven HNW Producers to join a team and contribute to the growth of a private client division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with true HNW clients, preferably with experience in family office environments, and a proven ability to sell tailored insurance products. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth individuals, families, and family offices.
  • Identify and target prospective clients to grow the private client division.
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of HNW clients.
  • Collaborate with account managers and support staff to ensure seamless client service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to offer innovative solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Represent the agency professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active CPRIA and P&C licenses are required.
  • Proven experience working with High Net Worth clients, preferably with a background in family office environments.
  • Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex accounts with revenue ranging from $1,000 to $10,000+.
  • Familiarity with private client insurance products and services.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems.
