Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients within your designated territory.

  • Collaborate with local offices and recruiters to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on commercial lines, employee benefits, or niche industries.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a producer role, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed production targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Gulf Region territories, including Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Texas.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
